Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mail boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward emails from one email box account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mail box account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
