Hepsia's File Manager section will let you handle the content of your website by means of simple point-and-click movements. Right-click contextual menus offer quick access to different file management options, while handy drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your computer in an instant. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to zip and extract files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your computer. The in-built drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to easily move files between your desktop computer and the web server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your PC and then drag it to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your personal computer. Moreover, you can download files and even folders to your desktop PC by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a new file or folder with only one single click of the mouse. All action buttons are handily located above the file/folder list and you can edit your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or modify its permissions, delete a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager, you will be able to zip and unzip all types of files. It works surprisingly fast - simply select the files you want to archive and click the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive to a chosen directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager graphical user interface, you actually do not need any third-party software tools in order to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to view the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact appear on the web. Furthermore, you will find several built-in file editors, which will give you absolute authority over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more experienced users, whereas the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy users.
